K68 In-process measuring heads for inner diameter
K68 is designed for the in-process continuous measurement of an inner diameter. It works in conjunction with appropriate measurement and control devices such as G91, G91S or G91F.
K68 is equipped with two measuring fingers, which are in touch with the workpiece vias measuring contacts during the course of the working process. K68 measures the grinding quantity of the workpiece and sends the signal in real-time to the connected measuring control electronics. The structure of K68, has been carefully designed and made of high quality materials, to reach high stability in the rough grinding environment in order to deliver high-accuracy measuring performances.
