K69R In-process measuring head for outer diameter interrupted surface
K69R is designed for the in-process measurement of interrupted surfaces on an outer diameter. To be used in conjunction with appropriate measurement and control devices such as G91S or G91F.
K69R is equipped with two measuring fingers that during the working process are in touch with the workpiece through measuring contacts. K69R measures the grinding quantity of the workpiece and sends the signal in real-time to the connected measuring control electronics. K69R structure has been carefully designed and made of high quality materials, to reach high stability in the rough grinding environment in order to deliver high-accuracy measuring performances.
In addition, K69R is fitted with a convenient and fast setting zeroing device.
