G91L In-process measuring eletronic for LVDT application for grinding machines
The G91L amplifier is designed for the control of a grinding machine by in-process measurement with LVDT measuring heads. EGG LVDT measuring heads like the K66 Universal can be connected to G91L. At the pre-set values, the G91L sends output logic signals to the grinding machine feed system and this is visualized by the lighting the LEDs on the front panel. The analog meter real-time display on the front panel clearly shows the grinding margins. From the front panel all G91L operations can be controlled, including the pre-adjustment data, measurement of setuo heads, electronic zero setting, and the final dimension adjustments. The G91L fonrt panel has an improved display for the good operational function.
